By accessing and using this website, the user confirms that they have read, understood and fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the website.
3. Purpose of the Website
The website is intended to present information about the Restaurant, including the menu, opening hours, location, allergens and contact details. The information provided is purely informational and does not constitute a binding contractual offer.
4. Menu, Prices and Availability
While we strive to keep the information up to date, the menu, prices and dish availability may change without prior notice. The prices and availability in force are always those applied at the physical establishment at the time of service.
5. Allergen Information
Allergen information is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. Despite our care, dishes are prepared in a kitchen where several allergens are present, so cross-contamination may occur. Customers with serious allergies should inform the staff before ordering.

All content on this website — including texts, images, logos, menu and visual identity — is the property of Merendinha do Arco or used under licence, and is protected by Portuguese and European Union law on copyright and trademarks. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Customers have access to the Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações), in physical form at the establishment and electronically at livroreclamacoes.pt.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity, under Portuguese Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September. The current list is available at the Consumer Portal: consumidor.gov.pt.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of the Restaurant's registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
